When I first heard about the Encounter experience, I wasn't sure what to think.  Everyone seemed to be so excited about this life change.  People from all walks of life, all ages, men and women were talking about the visible results of giving a weekend to encounter God.  After witnessing the life change in so many others, I came to believe there was a real value in taking time to participate.  I attended an Encounter weekend and found I was more at peace with myself.  Since then, I have watched many others give their weekends with great results. Wives are talking about the new security they have in their marriages.  Husbands are experiencing freedom, expressing their emotions, and leading their families with integrity.  Childhood memories that had tortured, tormented and emotionally paralyzed individuals for years have simply passed from the control circuits of peoples lives.  Stories of  emotional and mental healing are commonplace. What is an Encounter?

An Encounter experience is a dramatic process that completly changes the course of our lives.  All of us have already experienced many important milestones, or encounters, in our lives: falling in love and getting married, being accepted into a university, obtaining a job, etc.  But the most impotrant one is an encounter with the living God!  Matthew 16:26 says 'And how do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul in the process?'

The Encounter presents a series of experiences and personal teachings.  It offers people an environment that allows them to discover how to establish their relationship with God, how to have direct fellowship with Him, and how to commit to His lordship in their lives.  
It is our desire and prayer that every person who comes to the encounter actively seizes the opportunity to experience God.  The results will be a life transformed by the power of the Living God, Jesus Christ the Lord!
